Okay i started the gym, why because i want to be healthy and go to ALASKA skinny (hey we all need motivation)
I started back to the gym at a whopping 210.
So week 1
July 8 -15
July 8 - walked 20 min and 200 sit ups
July 13 road 5 miles and did 200 sit ups
July 15 walked 30 min (2 miles) and did 175 sit ups
Weighed in on the morning of 7/16 down 1 pound 209
