All of these foods are under 200mg of sodium per serving and most have very low sugar content:
sugar wafers
no salt popcorn
jello
tuna
100 pack Oreo Thin Crisps
Dried Fruit
Kelloggs Corn Flakes
Nilla Wafers
Minute Rice
Del Monte Peaches
Deviled eggs
Flour tortilla chips (homemade of course) without salt
Buttered pasta
